Monday, Monday

It's Monday. The weekend off from my Ripped in 30 has come to an end, but if you'll remember my post from yesterday, I'm quite sunburnt on my chest right below my collarbones.

Here's my dilemma: Do I workout and sweat and risk disrupting the healing process of my sunburn? I've noticed that when I burn and then sweat it pushes the old skin off prematurely.

Ugh, with the wedding on Friday I really wanted to kick it hard this week so I had no qualms about getting all glitzed up for the festivities.

And yet I hesitate because I'd hate to be scabbed/red with my purty, purty dress on.
